In order to have your furnishings accepted as showroom items, they must be in excellent condition with no signs of wear or damage. We can set an in-store appointment to review your items after we obtain photographs either in person or via email. When you consign with us, you are required to sign a contract that contains an itemized list of all your items and their prices. Each of our contracts lasts for 60-days and may be extended at our discretion. We accept reasonable offers on all items and contact consignors to negotiate a sale if possible.
If your item does not sell at its stated price within the 60 days, we will lower the amount based on your discretion. You also have the option of picking it up or donating it to a charity.
Consignors are responsible for informing us of any change in contact information as stated on original contract.
